here's how to make a simple one:

use this code:

%26lt;a href="SITEURLHERE"%26gt;text%26lt;/a%26gt;

text could be something like "add this awesome site!"

or you could replace the text with an image code, to do that, upload your picture on tinypic.com and use the direct image link and put it in this code

%26lt;IMG src="LINKLINKLINK"%26gt;

so, the finished code would be

%26lt;a href="SITEURL"%26gt;%26lt;IMG src="LINKLINKLINK"%26gt;%26lt;/a%26gt;

and then of course after that you could put

"reasons to add" and such.
