Besides deleting all but two comments, no.

You can set your page up to have a scrolling comment box where the size can be however large you want.

Do a search for "myspace scrolling comments" on google or yahoo. You will find a generator that will give you your smaller box.

You can also make the box unscrollable by changing the code from "scroll " or "auto" to "none". This will "cut off" the rest of the comments, once you get past the hight you entered in.
