I wanna make a google support code for, but I don't know where to make one or how to make one.If you don't know what it looks like it says "the best site ever" in the search box.Also it shows the search and it says "Did you mean?:"the site name goes after that.Please reply back soon!

That is Google doing spell checking on the search queries, nothing you can do as an author can trigger it.
If a search have few results, but a slightly different one has lots of results, then Google will ask the searcher if they intended to use the query that gave more results.
